A slurry pump is a common liquid transportation device, and its application range is very wide, basically suitable for the transportation of various liquids. Everyone often encounters some minor problems when using a slurry pump. Although it will not affect the use of the equipment, it is still very troublesome. Centrifugal Water Pump

1.Do not suck sand

Reasons: Insufficient filling and diversion of water, inability to discharge the air in the pump, air leakage in the suction pipe, large clearance between the front liner and the impeller.

Solution: continue to fill the water diversion, check the pipeline for air leakage, adjust the gap between the impeller and the front liner.

2.The outlet pressure is small, the flow is small

Reasons: there is air in the pump, the gap between the impeller and the front liner is large, the clutch is not closed tightly, and the impeller or liner is worn.

Solution: Empty the gas in the pump, adjust the clearance to adjust the clearance of the clutch friction plate, and replace the impeller or liner.

3. Fast wear

Reasons: poor construction environment (large particles), long conveying distance, and long water inlet pipeline.

Solution: Replace the battlefield, add afterburners, shorten the length of the inlet pipe to reduce cavitation.

4.The impeller journal wears fast

Reasons: low head of the high-pressure water pump, misplaced packing, and misalignment between the pump shaft and the back cover.

Solution: Replace the high pressure pump higher than the mud pump head, replace the packing, adjust the concentricity

5.Pump wear fast

Reasons: poor construction environment (large particles), long conveying distance, long water inlet pipeline

Solution: Replace the battlefield, add afterburners, shorten the length of the inlet pipe to reduce cavitation
