ML type plum blossom elastic coupling

The ML plum blossom elastic coupling is mainly composed of two closely meshed convex teeth that bear radial compression to transmit torque. When there is relative displacement between the two axes, the elastic elements undergo corresponding elastic deformation, playing an automatic compensation role. The plum blossom elastic coupling is mainly suitable for working environments with frequent starting, forward and reverse rotation, medium high speed, medium torque, and high reliability requirements, such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, lifting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pumps, fans, etc. The working environment temperature range is -35~+80°C, with a nominal torque range of 25~12500 Nm and an allowable speed range of 1500~15300 r/min. Compared with other couplings, the plum blossom elastic coupling has the following characteristics:
